Biography

Dr Rajdeep Khattar is a consultant cardiologist at Royal Brompton & Harefield Hospitals, where he treats private patients.

He qualified from the University of Southampton Medical School in 1986 and then completed specialist training in cardiology in northwest London.

This included three years of clinical research in the fields of:

This was followed by comprehensive training in both advanced echocardiography and percutaneous coronary intervention.

He joined Royal Brompton and Harefield Hospitals from Manchester Heart Centre.

Dr Rajdeep Khattar has more than 10 years of experience as a consultant cardiologist. He has a particular interest in coronary artery disease, valvular disease and heart failure.

He has extensive experience in clinical cardiology, particularly the use of advanced echocardiography techniques to diagnose and manage patients with suspected cardiac conditions.
