Watch our video about the amazing and talented staff who treat private patients at Royal Brompton & Harefield Hospitals Specialist Care:
Central to our success is our ability to attract medical staff from around the globe whose combined expertise enables us to lead the way in our specialist field.
Royal Brompton & Harefield Hospitals are home to some of the most talented physicians and surgeons in the world. As well as travelling internationally to lecture and share their knowledge, our clinicians hold prominent positions on influential boards, committees, institutions and professional associations.
Patients on the ward are visited by their consultant every day and ancillary staff, such as physiotherapists and pharmacists, are readily available.
Specialist Nursing and Support Staff
Our nurses are specifically trained in caring for patients with heart and lung illnesses and over 70 of them are highly qualified nurse specialists.
Supporting the work of the nursing staff are our Resident Medical Officers, who work closely with the nursing team and each patient’s consultant, implementing any changes to treatment plans.
Patients also benefit from the comprehensive catering and cleaning service provided by our Hotel Services team. Located on the ward itself, chefs in our kitchen cook food to order and are able to cater for cultural, religious and other special dietary requirements.
As an internationally renowned hospital, we regularly treat patients from all over the world and understand the language and cultural needs of our international patients.
We provide a complimentary interpreting service for all patients that request it. In addition, we also have dedicated on-site Arabic and Greek Liaison Officers to assist with all aspects of your visit.
