We work closely with a range of partners, agents, hospitals and consultants across the world to provide expert heart and lung care to international patients.
Our international patient coordinators provide tailored support for every international patient seeking specialist heart and lung care with us. They can:
- advise on referrals – such as which consultant is most appropriate for each patient
- liaise regularly with embassies and international contacts to keep them informed of a patient’s care as well as handling financial matters
- arrange appointments and admission to our hospital, as well as for professional interpreters to be present, if needed.
Our international patient coordinators speak a range of languages and are available across our three sites from
Monday to Friday. They are also on-call for urgent queries, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

We provide a remote second opinion service to overseas patients for added peace of mind on a diagnosis or treatment plan. Our expert consultants will review the patient’s medical reports and diagnostic tests, and provide their medical recommendation that can be shared with the patient’s doctor. This can be done via email, telephone or online using a range of platforms.
Please see our dedicated second opinions page for further information.
